What is the best way to clean and care for my Always Pan?
To preserve the non-stick coating, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap after the pan has completely cooled. Avoid using metal scrubbers or putting it in the dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.
Are your products non-toxic and PFOA-free?
Yes, all of our ceramic non-stick coatings are formulated without PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium, ensuring a safe and healthy cooking experience for your family.

Can I use your cookware on an induction stovetop?
Most of our cookware, including the Always Pan 2.0 and the Perfect Pot, features a built-in induction plate that makes it compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
